How would you characterize your leadership style and philosophy?
I believe in leading with empathy and encouraging curiosity. I want my team members to feel like I care about them, attempt to see things from their perspective, and empower them to ask questions and understand the “why.” Creating an environment of authenticity and vulnerability, as well as a “strong ideas, weakly held” atmosphere, are critical building blocks of a high-performance culture.
