Wayne Dippel brings over three decades of expertise in public accounting to his role as Senior Partner at PP&Co. After serving as a Partner for 30 years at Delucchi Hawn LLP, Wayne came to PP&Co through the merging of the two firms in December, 2024, to continue providing strategic tax and business consulting services. His client base spans a variety of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology.
Wayne specializes in guiding closely held businesses, their owners, and families. His comprehensive project experience includes implementing tax planning strategies, compensation planning, and incentive stock option planning tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
A graduate of San Jose State University, Wayne holds a degree in accounting. Wayne is married to his wife, Kelly, and they have two adult sons. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, skiing, and savoring a good bottle of wine.
