Nick Streit is a partner with PP&Co. Nick has over 45 years experience in the public accounting field. He is a founding partner of Delucchi Hawn, and came to PP&Co through the merging of the two firms in December, 2024.
Nick provides tax and accounting services to closely held businesses and individual clients, while never losing sight of their ultimate goals and vision. In fact, he frequently facilitates the goal-setting process – helping clients to first define their goals, then helping to create a formula for achieving them and, finally, guiding them to stay on course in order to realize their vision. A successful client means that Nick was successful in helping fulfill those goals and visions.
Nick holds a BS degree in Accounting and Economics from Gonzaga University, a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certificate. He is a member of the AICPA, CSCPA, and the NACVA, as well as many civic, community and charitable organizations. Mr. Streit is also active in local politics and is past Mayor of Saratoga.

You are a past Mayor of Saratoga. How does running a city compare to running a firm?
As a mayor in any California City, your most important virtue is to listen and learn. It’s no different in business, listening to the needs of your staff and clients is paramount to serving them and helping them grow.
How do you measure success?
For me, success is when a client decides to strategically expand their business and you’re the first person they call for advice.
