Meet Jake Oliver, PP&Co’s Newest Partner!

PP&Co is excited to announce the promotion of Jacob Oliver to partner. As a partner, Jake will focus on tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. His expertise includes strategic business structuring and planning, transaction consulting, accounting system design and implementation, and IRS and State audit representation.

“I’m proud and humbled by the opportunity to become a partner at PP&Co,” Jake said of the promotion. “When I decided to make a career change more than ten years ago, I never would have imagined taking this step. PP&Co has always felt like home to me, and I’ve been given opportunities to grow into a leadership role within the firm while building long-lasting relationships with our clients. I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of PP&Co employees and hope to see them blossom within the firm as we continue to provide excellent service to our clients well into the future.”

Jake, who joined PP&Co in 2013, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Menlo College, a Master of Arts in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco, and a Certificate of Advanced Accounting from Santa Clara University. He is an active member of the Firm’s Construction and Real Estate practice groups.
